Admitted:
Attorney Feind was admitted to the Bar for the
State of Wisconsin and the District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin
in 1975. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for Eastern
Wisconsin, the U.S. Claims Court and the U.S. Tax Court.
Education:
Mr. Feind received his
Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1971,
majoring in urban land economics. He received his law degree from the
University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1974. Attorney Feind was certified by the
State of Wisconsin Department of Revenue as an assessor, level two, in
September, 1976.
Professional Memberships:
Attorney Feind is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Ozaukee County
Bar Association.
Areas of Practice:
Attorney Feind’s main areas of practice are municipal law,
real estate law, including land development, objections to assessments, zoning
and condemnation, business law, including acquisitions and startups and estate
planning/probate law.
Community Involvement:
Attorney Feind has served as the Village Attorney for the
Village of Thiensville since 1975, the Village Attorney for the Village of
Fredonia since 1978 and Town Attorney for the Town of Trenton since 1988. Attorney Feind has been active in community organizations
including the Grafton Chamber of Commerce, the Grafton Lions Club, Riveredge
Nature Center, the Ozaukee County 4-H Foundation and a member of the Board of
Directors of Portal Industries.
Attorney Feind lives in the Town of Fredonia, is married
and has five children.
